As for the WiFi connection, this works great. You will need to use a 2. 4Ghz WiFi which makes total sense because the signal has to get through exterior walls to the doorbell 5Ghz doesn’t travel as far or through walls as well. I originally had issues with connectivity but this was resolved when I changed my own set up a bit. The device glows a nice LED color right on the button itself and on the top.
